As a full-time Permanent employee, you will primarily be responsible as the master scheduler (on site) in activating healthcare facilities in Reno, NV

Master Scheduler to support projects in the activation area within the VA/ Federal Healthcare consulting space.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Master scheduler will be on site.
  • Knowledge of medical center/ Healthcare activation required.
  • Possess strong project management expertise (i.e., schedule, cost and performance and risk monitoring).
  • Apply advanced skills and experience in using MS Project suite and Primavera for schedule planning and monitoring and produce reports (e.g., risk management, staffing, acquisition, equipment delivery, change requests, training, policy/accreditation).
  • Participate in developing and implementing change control processes and requirements tracking.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Program/Project Management.
  • Scheduling Tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of Federal Healthcare facility experience and a bachelor’s Degree.
  • Potential PMP or equivalent credential.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely.
  • Selected candidates must submit to Criminal Background Check post-offer.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

7:30 am to 4:30 pm M-F, up to $90.000 and excellent benefits.
