One of the world's premier law firms location near Metro Center seeks a very rare individual to be the Lead Patent Foreign Filing Paralegal and report to one of the best IP Administrators in the country. To be successful in this position you must bring your A game, think ahead, take initiative and want to grow in the IP Field.

You will be responsible for handling international patent prosecution foreign filling including experience in preparing and filing PCT applications. Please have a strong working knowledge of foreign docketing, experience with public/private PAIR, extensive experience with national stage prosecution, and a thorough understanding of formality requirements.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have great tenure, 3-10 years of patent Foreign Filing, paralegal or IP management experience, knowledge of MS Office, CPA InProtech and/or PATTSY and other equivalent software systems.

Compensation

This firm offers some of the most incredible benefits, 9-5:30 hours, $80,000 - 110,000 with bonus, 401k, profit sharing, tremendous learning and growth.
