EE/ME/Computer Science: Seeking associates with at least two to three years' experience in patent procurement (prosecution) or enforcement (litigation). Duties to include patent application preparation and prosecution; client counseling (including opinion preparation); and litigation. Admission to practice before USPTO and membership in DC bar required (or eligibility to waive into DC bar).
