CI Targeting Analyst (Senior)


Up to $102,000 working in the Chantilly, Herndon or Reston areas


The CI Targeting Analyst position is working a regular 37.5 hour work week M-F

This visionary award-winning Federal and commercial consulting firm founded in 2009, provides subject matter expertise and tailored engineering solutions to over 200 Federal and Commercial clients and has successfully completed over 900 engagements is looking for multiple candidates within four distinct experience levels of Senior CI Targeting Analyst to help continue to build a great reputation. 


You will provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. A candidate will provide both technical and regional analysis in support of USG customer and will be responsible for reviewing and researching unclassified and classified databases, preparing analysis, reports, and providing briefings. The candidate will be responsible for internal and external collaboration.

Required Qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university with

Six (6) years’ experience in IC analysis, targeting, all source analysis, technical analysis, etc.

Three (3) years’ experience in IT, telecom, network/computer/data security

Strong Ability to research

Understanding IC life cycle. Experience in the intelligence lifecycle

Computer proficiency with the ability to use and manage data from a variety of databases

Experience with (drafting, coordinating, reviewing) intelligence community official communications methods


Strongly desired qualifications are a knowledge of technical concepts such as IT, telecom, and network/computer/data security and prior CI or risk management experience
