Rare Opportunity! Temp to perm conference room coordinator for one of the nicest and growing firms in DC.

One of Washington's finest and classiest law firms located near Metro seeks an experienced Conference Room Coordinator to temp and if all works well become permanent.

The Conference Room Coordinator is responsible for scheduling conference rooms and related facilities and equipment. This position requires maintaining the computer database for conference rooms, assistance in making meeting arrangements, coordinating requests for food and beverage service, configuring room set-ups, tables, chairs and moveable walls and setting up audio visual equipment as needed. The Conference Room Coordinator generates a daily schedule and helps keep all parties informed of any last minute requests and/or changes. The Conference Room Coordinator works independently and has excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills. They need someone who is highly poised and polished that will interact well with great response time to attorneys, secretaries, and the marketing staff.

Requirements

Please have at least one year of experience with a hotel, restaurant or catering company or another law firm.

Compensation

RATE for Temping: $13.00 - $18.00 an hour, 9-5:30, paid overtime.
