Stable and growing Healthcare information management consulting firm located near the U Street Metro seeks an executive assistant to support the firm’s CEO. The ideal candidate will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands. You must also have the ability to deal with highly-confidential information and act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members and clients.
You must have outstanding MS Word and Excel skills, exceptional writing and editing skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

You must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, healthcare, English or Liberal Arts and 4+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably in the healthcare, IT, or a professional services firm.
