Executive Assistant to Managing Partner
Large Accounting and Financial Services Firm
Washington, DC

You will assist in updating the website content and be able to post changes in website content to the website. Assist in developing electronic and written marketing pieces for the firm and maintain various client email groupings and email new business development solicitations on behalf of Managing Partner. Review, prioritize, & respond, as required to Managing Partner’s incoming email and maintain the Outlook Calendar and establish, confirm, and cancel appointments as directed. This position will have limited regional (VA/DC/MD) travel to assist Managing Partner with client meetings, projects, and deliverables.

Must have transportation for any independent regional travel required as directed by the Managing Partner. Assist in drafting, writing, and, editing Project Proposals for current and prospective clients working with the Managing Partner. The Candidate must have a thorough to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Research electronic and written materials to develop and identify prospective clients working with the Managing Partner in establishing communications, facilitating meetings, developing proposals, continuing contacts, and assisting in business development. Work on and support billable client projects as directed by the Managing Partner consistent with the requisite skills possessed by the Practice Manager. You will be responsible for timely monthly invoicing, milestone, project completion, or other progress billings to clients.

Compensation

$50,000-$65,000 depending upon experience, year end incentive bonus, annual raise and review.
