One of the fastest growing companies in the foreclosure management and maintenance field seeks several Team Leads and several supporting Crew Member positions in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Suffolk areas as well as Alexandria and Richmond. Too often, even one abandoned home or vacant office building can begin to deteriorate a community. In order to fulfill this desire, it is important that we always conduct our business with the highest level of integrity, honesty, and determination.

Requirements

A successful candidate will have at least 5 years handyman/journeyman experience (Home preservation experience is a plus), The ability to inspect a property for any and all damages, and identify them. Someone who can work comfortably with a digital camera and a computer as well as have some customer service experience or background.

You MUST have a reliable truck for transportation, equipment/tools to complete all necessary tasks; a clean driving record and no criminal history. Please be able to work overtime.

Compensation

For the Team Leads the firm will pay $15 an hour and you will need to have a truck your own equipment. You will be given a mileage and wear and tear allowance for your vehicle and equipment. You will manage a crew of 2-4 crew members.

For Crew Member positions the firm will pay $12 an hour and you will not need a truck or tool.

The firm offers medical and dental benefits after 90 days and you will earn PTO in the first year, 40 hour work week.
