One of Washington DC's fastest growing Healthcare information management consulting firms seeks a Human Resources manager to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the firm. The major responsibilities of the position include:
The Human Resources manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the firm's business goals.
The Human Resources manager coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the COO; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Please have 3-5 years of HR Generalist, Manager, supervisor, coordinator and/or director experience in a FEDERAL/Government Contracting operation. A bachelors and certifications are required. $50,000 - $60,000 and flexible hours. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, and opportunities for advancement. EOE.
