As a full-time Permanent employee, you will primarily be responsible for Program and Performance Management Support

In preparation for SMQ (Self-Monitoring questionnaire) you will be involved in constructing/editing various launch materials for the SMQ, SMQ Guidelines, Email templates, Webinar instructional recordings, PowerPoint presentations to address technical issues and usability testing of the SMQ submission system

During the collection period you will be the first line to troubleshoot user issues with the online system; Organize and catalogue communication/correspondence with clients related to SMQ; Investigate data issues; Outliers generally, handle responses that are out of sync with the economic clearance or previous SMQs and data showing noncompliance with the agency’s mandates (e.g. Environmental standards, Labor/Human Rights standards)

Following the collection period, you with handle SMQ research for monitoring trips, analyze SMQ data for Annual Policy Reports, and handle other related projects as requested by agency staff.

A degree with proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, 50 wpm typing and a very professional demeanor.  2-5 years of work experience in an administrative support role,

8-4:30 M-F, up to $71,000 and excellent benefits.
