This wonderful and fast growing business consulting firm located in Arlington, VA seeks a Project Team Lead for their Small Business Division.

You will Collaborate with the company project team and the customer while advocating for the assigned protégé; Report directly to the MPP Manager and provide regular progress reports; Monitor progress against the goals of the MPP; Managing and coordinate resources to satisfy contract terms and securing customer satisfaction; Work directly with the assigned protégé and subject matter experts in the areas of technology transfer and infrastructure development; Be the point person for all levels of support for the assigned protégée, gaining in- depth knowledge of the capabilities of the company as well as the areas of potential advancement; Advocate for integrating the protégé into the firms processes and also for developing teaming opportunities with the company as well as other prime contractors; Maintain regular contact and weekly face-to-face meetings at the protégé’s place of business.

Requirements

You must have a minimum of 10 years experience in government contracting with a demonstrated track record of successful collaboration and project success and a college degree is required.
