Salesforce SME Technical Lead – Secret Clearance required

They offer management consulting and information technology services across a wide spectrum of Federal Agencies. They are based out of Fairfax County, Virginia and work in the National Capital Region and beyond.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will provide leadership and expertise in maintaining and updating Salesforce based systems for a federal government agency. The candidate’s core responsibilities are to work with the Program Manager to manage an integrated project schedule. Work with business analysts to ensure requirements are accurately captured. Design cloud-based solutions on Force.com platform using Salesforce.com and Force.com APIs, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, Javascript, and ETL technologies. Utilize functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Manage and contribute to design, development, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform, based on industry best practices as well as business needs. Manage and/or enhance current applications, validate system requirements, conduct analysis across various systems, coordinate the design of solutions and establish metrics for success. Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and client stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant technical, engineering or scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and related IT experience). 6 Years of progressive experience in Salesforce.

A Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer or other Salesforce certification is required.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) Integration components (e.g., SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.). Experience using HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Javascript, Java, JSP, .NET, SQL. Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server and Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure Cloud or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud. Experience using of ETL tools such as Informatica and Cast Iron or Jitterbit and knowledge other AppExchange products. an active DOD clearance without flags, and the ability to sign an Offer of Commitment letter
