As a full-time Permanent Senior Business Analyst, you will primarily be responsible to provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. You will establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. Has domain and expert technical knowledge. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.  You will apply detailed expert knowledge and experience to complex issues. You will develop functional requirements relating to complex integrated information technology systems.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (a) Develop and provide skills and disciplines on a variety of information technology issues. (b) Assist Program Managers, Systems Analysts, Engineers and Programmers to ensure successful continuity and program completion. (c) Specialized skills include, but are not limited to, information planning, communications, systems administrations, quality assurance, video teleconferencing and microcomputer training.


You will work with this international agency to identify, prioritize, define, design, develop and test small, medium, and large enhancements to the existing solution.  You will oversee Business Process Reengineering;          Gather requirements and business needs from various stakeholders; Validate the requirements and propose design solutions before development.   You will perform the communications needs during the development stage between the SMEs and the development team to ensure that developed solutions aligns with business needs and validated designs.  You will write User Acceptance Test scripts for SMEs testing; Support the trainer with the documentation of the Application User Manual; Facilitate weekly status reports meeting on the pulse of the project; Determine business system objectives by analyzing customer business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.  *A full job description will be provided upon selection for an interview


An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.  8-15 years of progressive experience supporting software development and implementation projects.  Functional knowledge of Salesforce functionality and business processes. Strong analytical skills, especially in the areas of business process analysis, requirements definition, functional design, testing and user support.  Experience in applying Agile lifecycle methodologies to CRM COTS configuration projects.
