SharePoint Administrator and Developer – Secret Clearance required

The SharePoint Administrator/Developer will provide leadership and expertise in modernizing and maintaining SharePoint 2013 solutions for a federal government agency.

You will lead in the design of custom applications built on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 Platform.  Design, develop, implement, and/or enhance web-enabled applications using .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, VB.NET, JQuery, AJAX, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, etc.  Design, customize, update, maintain workflows, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) Data View, Web Parts, Content/Script Editor, Business Connectivity Services (BCS), and Business Data Connectivity (BDS) using SharePoint Designer 2010/2013.  Develop and manage custom SharePoint 2010/2013 master pages, page layout, custom UI theme, columns, content types, and metadata, as well as configure list/form library settings, site/library permissions, and site contents.  Support administration of multiple SharePoint farms and coordinate with HRSA OIT or other associated change request teams to verify workflows in production environment.  Transform complex customer business requirements into effective, efficient, and maintainable enterprise-level solutions.  Serve as an escalation point of contact for all issues related to the SharePoint environment.  Assist and support customers to develop their team sites and pages and to grant proper access permissions for intranet use.  Develop and execute functional and technical specifications and testing for advanced system configuration, interfaces, installation and modifications.   Provide input to project planning, requirements gathering, process

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant technical, engineering or scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and related IT experience).

You must have at least 4 Years of progressive experience

You must be a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), or similar certification is required.

You must possess an Active DoD Secret or higher clearance with no flags.

You must have experience with architecting and implementing business solutions in SharePoint and experience using SharePoint Designer 2010/2013 for workflow development, InfoPath for customized page development, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and Visual Studio, including C# or VB.NET building various SharePoint components, recommendations, etc.  Execute project plan tasks and other duties as assigned.
