This visionary award-winning Federal and commercial consulting firm founded in 2009, provides subject matter expertise and tailored engineering solutions to over 200 Federal and Commercial clients and has successfully completed over 900 engagements is looking for multiple candidates within four distinct experience levels of System Integrators to help continue to build a great reputation.  


The 2 active system integrator openings are for:

A senior systems integrator with 4-8 years direct experience up to $95k


An expert systems integrator with 7-15 years of direct experience from $113k to $130k

As a full-time W-2 employee, you must have the ability to fully coordinate project schedules; Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports; Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence; Ability to compose technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports; Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data.


The desired experience and skills are the ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems; To Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system; Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment; Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems


 You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with certification in the specific language, system of technology required, and 7-16 + years’ experience specific to the occupation or skill. (Note: Expertise in the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience with specific computer languages, systems, or technologies.)


A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desired.


Primary work location will be in Reston, Herndon, or Chantilly at a customer facility. Other locations may include locations throughout the Greater Washington, DC region, on an as-needed basis.

8:30 – 5 with some flexibility M-F, however, as work requirements dictate, such as for overtime, major business events, prime season for business pursuits and ad hoc mission requirements, the work schedule may deviate.

Competitive salaries from $75K to $140k with incredible benefits that include Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, 401K, tuition aid, bonuses and over 5 weeks of PTO.
