This fast growing Women owned Federal contractor that focuses on healthcare information management consulting, seeks an experienced inside sales representative to be responsible for mining, farming and contacting new leads and to handle the full life cycle of the sale to include managing the account once landed.  You will be selling services offered by the Company and closing on related opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have (2) two years of inside and STRONG cold calling sales experience in a professional services related environment and constantly meant AND exceeded their goals.

You must be adept at communicating via phone and email with potential clients. You must also be comfortable in proactively asking for business in a persistent and courteous manner.

Qualifications Required:

• Prior telephone sales experience. 99% of this job is done via the phone
• Prior IT or Federal sales experience is a HUGE plus
• Exceeded Sales Quotas
• Demonstrated ability to generate commission-based sales
• Must be comfortable with prospecting
• STRONG ability to close deals with clients

Potential first years base + Commission is $80,000-$110,000k
