This stable and busy Real Estate office with multiple locations in the DMV area has an immediate opening for an Assistant Manager/Broker in its’ Falls Church and Silver Spring offices. They can help the current managers provide the support and training that our agents need and deserve.

To be an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
5+ years of experience as a broker and with some management
A licensed Broker in Virginia (for the Falls Church Position)
A licensed Broker in Maryland (for the Silver Spring Position)
A Licensed Broker in DC or the other states is a plus
Solid knowledge of various real estate tools and platforms such as kvCore, Docs+, Zillow, Remine, RatePlug, ListHub, HomeSnap Pro, RPR, and other popular lead generation/marketing platforms and CRMs
You will help recruit and train agents and enjoy helping other agents
You can still sell your own properties through the firm
