You will take charge of this incredible association and move it forward building teams, morale, and consensus. This large growing association seeks an experienced CEO – President – Executive Director who will report directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for working cooperatively and collaboratively with the Board and membership to establish both short and long-range goals and priorities for the Association.

You will be responsible for ensuring resources are efficiently administered and meet the needs, interests, and priorities of the members in accordance with the Mission Statement, Bylaws and as directed by the Board of Directors. You will maintain and establish open and supportive relationships with management, staff members and the BoD. Key components are strategy, planning, growth, and fiscal responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive and successful senior executive experience within an organization with the complexity, diversity, and challenges of any large association or corporation.

10+ years experience as a senior executive is required.

A most successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field. A graduate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
