This amazing firm seeks an immigration paralegal whose defining characteristics are achievement, initiative, professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability, then you are the person they are seeking to join their Washington office located near the Orange, Red and Blue line metro stops.

You must have at least 3+ years of experience in high-volume global Visa processing for employers and multinational companies, including experience coordinating work permits, residence permits, and visa requirements in multiple regions including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You must have experience in and a desire to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment and enjoy providing top quality customer service to assist our growing team in managing the mobility needs of our diverse, Fortune 500 client base. You must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong project management, organizational, and communications skills. Further, you should have a curiosity to learn new areas of the law and think creatively, as we seek to provide all team members with a diverse portfolio of immigration and mobility matters.

You will provide consular application services, including coordinating visa applications and document legalization/authentication services. Under the supervision of an attorney, assist with coordinating global immigration matters with our network of local counsel across the globe. Communicate clearly and effectively, based on attorney advice, on immigration benefits, government procedures, and case processing timelines. Assist multiple attorneys with meticulously tracking and reporting on visa expiration dates and filing deadlines. Maintain a high sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines while meeting client requirements. Adhere to strict delivery schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of services and work products.

To be considered a Bachelor’s degree with solid academic credentials and 3+ of relevant experience. Experience must include managing various priorities simultaneously in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Experience working on global immigration matters, including consular processing and document legalization/authentication.

They have no billable hour’s requirement, but you will be busy! Salary is based on education, skills, and years of immigration experience.  .
